ActaActa is an extensive type family for newspapers and magazines. This elegant, baroque serif design includes Acta and Acta Display, each in six weights with matching italics. Furthermore Acta Poster, an elegant, eye-catching heavyweight face in three styles, is loaded with ligatures and alternates, offering a wealth typographic possibilities. Eight sets of complementary dingbats for weather, office, time, arrows, circles, labels, stars and flowers give editorial designers a near-encyclopedic range of options. |

PennaBy Pedro Leal Elegant Penna, a calligraphic type system designed by Pedro Leal, carries the reader’s eye across the page with quiet graciousness, flamboyant exuberance, or any tone in between. Each of the Penna’s four variations offers ascender and descender styles, from subtly ornate to all-out resplendent. Two styles of initial and end swashes, a plethora of ligatures and a cornucopia of other features, including swashes, unconnected and connected versions, make Penna a must-have for designers who embrace authenticity and elegance. |

VelinoVelino is a versatile type system with a wide range of variations for editorial use. The serif version comes in two styles, Display and Text, each in three widths: Regular, Condensed, and Compressed. The Display variant is a high-contrast serif with a modern, feminine flair, copious in character, specifically designed for quality printing in large sizes. The proportions and typographic color of the Text variant make it ideal for body copy, even in unfavorable conditions like newspaper printing. Velino Sans and Velino Sans Condensed perfectly match the weight and proportions of their serif counterparts. Velino Poster is the perfect companion for this extensive type system. This bracketed slab serif, in a single weight with matching italic, provides plenty of muscle every time extra impact is needed, for setting very big text, magazine covers, or special sections in newspapers. |

AltisAltis combines geometric clarity and soulfulness into a coherent type design. Reminiscent of the traditional sans serifs from the early 20th century, it communicates in a friendly way and reads extremely well. Reveal its airiness and optimism with the light styles, or emphasize its masculine strength in the bold weights. Altis was developed to accommodate present-day editorial conditions and publishing models. The ten optically balanced weights range from the delicate Hairline to powerful Black. Various numeral sets and a selection of arrows and dingbats make this family a versatile and accomplished typographic tool. |

GuildfordBy Steve Jackaman, Ashley Muir Guildford Pro is a geometric sans serif based on the Stephenson Blake typeface Guildford Sans, which is identical to Elegant Grotesque, the 1928-29 design by Hans Möhring. Its small x-height and slanted cross-bar on the “e” lends it a vintage charm, while the triangular spurs, so sharp you could almost prick a finger on them, add a sprightly accent. The OpenType Pro family comes in regular and Condensed widths, and is rounded out with a sturdy Titling variant. |

Windlesham/RelishBy Steve Jackaman, Ashley Muir Windlesham Pro and Relish Pro are more traditional interpretations of the Guildford typeface. We think of them as Guildford on chamomile. The sharp triangular spurs were substituted with conventional square ones, giving the family a more subdued appearance. Windlesham has square dots and punctuation symbols, while Relish has round ones. Both OpenType Pro families come in the same styles and widths as Guildford. |

Granby Elephant ProBy Steve Jackaman, Ashley Muir The Granby family was first produced in 1930 by Stephenson Blake in Sheffield, UK. This humanist sans serif is similar to Edward Johnston’s legendary design for the London Underground in 1916 and Gill Sans. The extra bold Granby Elephant OpenType Pro font combines high impact with a friendly, retro look. |

PhoenixBy Steve Jackaman, Ashley Muir The original Phenix typeface was produced in 1935 by Morris Fuller Benton for ATF (American Type Founders). Utilizing the original proofs, Steve Jackaman and Ashley Muir added three additional complementary weights including all the alternate glyphs to produce Phoenix Pro. This skyline display sans exudes a distinct Art Deco atmosphere and offers all the typographic features of an OpenType Pro font family. |
