Transport
Designed by Margaret Calvert and Jock Kinneir in 1957–1963 for British traffic signs, Transport is still in use on UK roads today. Read more about the typeface on Wikipedia and see an interview with Calvert on the British auto show Top Gear.
Although developed in the United Kingdom, the typeface has been used in many other countries around the world, including Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Spain and Portugal, and in much of the Middle East.
