Claudia Kipp

Claudia Kipp completed her graphic design studies at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld in 1992 by designing her font family FF Kipp. In the following seven exciting years she worked in various full-service agencies, handling diverse projects from start to finish. So, there was little time for new fonts. In 1998 she moved to Berlin following a need for change and creative freedom. Since May 1999 Claudia has been working as a freelancer for agencies and clients from a great variety of backgrounds (artisans, real estate agencies, corporate companies). She is still looking for new challenges and open to anything new. “I’m seeing design as a necessity to improve and enrich the visual world. It’s not the goal that counts, but the way to achieve it, and the letters are companions who keep design alive.”
