2. I, Matthew Butterick (d/b/a MB Type), own the licensed fonts. I reserve all rights that I have not granted you in this license.

3. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

6.3. Website embedding is allowed on up to three domains that you own, that together serve fewer than 100,000 page views per month.

7. You can modify the licensed fonts, except for my copyright and trademark notices. You can install and use these modified fonts under the same terms as the licensed fonts.

8. No technical support is offered for licensed fonts that have been embedded or modified, nor for the TrueType versions of the licensed fonts.

9.2. If you breach this license, it will automatically terminate.

9.3. If you have unusual or excessive technicalsupport needs, I can terminate your license by refunding your license fee.

14. If an organization bought this license for you, the following terms also apply, and supersede conflicting terms elsewhere in this license:

14.1. An “organization” is an entity, or logical subdivision of an entity, with fewer than 500 full-time employees.

14.2. Everyone in the organization who regularly edits documents that use the licensed fonts needs a separate license.

14.3. You can use the licensed fonts only for projects on behalf of the organization.

14.4. If you stop working for the organization, you can transfer this license to another person within the organization.

14.5. Website embedding is allowed on up to three domains that the organization owns, and that together serve fewer than 100,000 page views per month. Paragraph 6.3 does not apply.
