Have you heard about DIN Next Slab ?

With DIN Next Slab the DIN Super Family veers off in a entirely new, surprising direction.

DIN Next turned the penultimate German wayfinding typeface DIN 1451 into a family of seven weights with matching italics and condensed versions. While the four Rounded styles made its strict features a little more friendly, the new slab serif styles adds some workmanlike sturdiness. Despite its industrial heritage DIN Next Slab can be used in a wide range of design applications. Because its styles are harmonized with the original DIN Next, the fonts of the two families can be mixed and matched without problem, increasing the versatility of the family even more.
