Festive Holiday Fonts

It’s around this time each year the rescued poinsettia on my desk in the San Francisco office starts to push out its tiny red leaves, signaling the end of Thanksgiving and a start to the larger Christmas / Hanukkah / New Years holiday season.

It’s a time that to me is marked by family traveling in from both coasts, wrapping gifts, telling stories and playing games, caroling, cutting firewood, just being together. So in honor of the season, and to offer a starting place to designers wondering what holiday faces we might recommend, I’ve put together a short list of festive fonts I hope is worthy of your perusal. It’s not entirely, but mostly on the display side, and with a hand-made feel. Enjoy!
