Christina Schultz is a Berlin-based designer focussing on iconography and type design. With FF PicLig, she combines both disciplines: the font uses its own letters to create icons and to integrate those into text.
Schultz is a graduate of Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design, where she earned a master’s degree in communication design in 2005. She currently works in corporate identity, web design, and user interfaces for clients in England and Germany. Another recent project was her pictograph cookbook, a cross-cultural reference based solely on visual language.
