Iñigo Jerez is a Barcelona-based type designer who has created faces for publishers and corporate identities. He studied illustration and graphic design in Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona and New York before moving into the type business. Many of Jerez’s typefaces are influenced by historical examples; He believes that the evolution of typography has always been based on the reinterpretation of previous models.
