FF Jackie supports up to 76 different languages such as Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, Italian, Polish, Kurdish (Latin), Romanian, Dutch, Hungarian, Kazakh (Latin), Serbian (Latin), Czech, Swedish, Belarusian (Latin), Croatian, Finnish, Slovak, Danish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovenian, Irish, Estonian, Basque, Luxembourgian, and Icelandic in Latin and other scripts.

FF Jackie is a semi-script/semi-sans series of typefaces. Its basic variants – in regular and bold weights – are inspired from the lettering on Jack Daniel’s whiskey labels. The typeface’s designer, Dario Muhafara, wanted to create a face with a contemporary look, somewhere between a retro sans and a serious script. His idea was to create a face that is suitable for text in large sizes – above 16-point – but also useful in logotypes, or in short paragraphs. FF Jackie Block is an outlined and shadowed version of the design, and FF Jackie Fill may be used together with it to enable multi-color setting. FF Jackie includes alternatives glyphs, ligatures, and swash caps.
