FF Scribble is inspired by the layout qualities of the hot metal and photocomposition eras. Headlines in large point sizes were created for presentation purposes or as templates for type setters. Due to its nature it was best suited for a grotesque form. FF Scribble is a well pronounced, compact grotesque, that lends itself best to 24 point headlines. The regular weights, however, can also be used for captions or shorter texts in as small as 10 or 12 point. In this case though the face must be spaced out, as should the Caps, these at all times. The font also has a message: make a sketch of what you would like to create before you even touch the computer, usually what you have drawn is better than the later computer image.
FF Scribble supports 63 different languages such as Spanish, English, Portuguese, German and French in Latin scripts. (Please note that not all languages are available for all formats.)
