FF Advert Rough supports up to 76 different languages such as Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, French, Turkish, Italian, Polish, Kurdish (Latin), Romanian, Dutch, Hungarian, Czech, Serbian (Latin), Kazakh (Latin), Swedish, Belarusian (Latin), Croatian, Slovak, Finnish, Danish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovenian, Irish, Estonian, Basque, Luxembourgian, and Icelandic in Latin and other scripts.

FF Advert is an idiosyncratic and good-natured sans serif family for text in four weights. Its design is an homage to Metro, W. A. Dwiggins’ humanized geometric sans. The family is appreciated by graphic designers for including two unique lowercase ‘a’ forms in each font: single-story and double-story versions. The typeface is the work of Dutch designer Just van Rossum.
A sister design exists as well: This one! FF Advert Rough. This family includes five visually-degraded variations of FF Advert Bold, in progressive degrees of exposure. All variations have the same metrics, so they can be layered on top of each other for chromatic effect. The most interesting variations happen when you slightly shift and/or rotate the stacked styles.
