FF Elementa is a complete family, which is something of an exception in the world of digital typewriter-style faces. It is a classic font family, with all four computer-menu styles: regular, italic, bold, and bold italic.
Designed by Mindaugas Strockis, its forms came out of a dream of a perfect typewriter really should be: one whose text is always tidy, clean and sharp – while offering all sorts of diacritics and special symbols, too. While FF Elementa is a family with bolds and italics, it nevertheless maintains its earnest, old-fashioned typewriter appeal.
In the spirit of the FF Magda and FF Trixie families, Strockis later added a dirtied-up version of his design: FF Elementa Rough.
FF Elementa Rough supports 115 different languages such as Spanish, English, Portuguese, German and French in Latin scripts. (Please note that not all languages are available for all formats.)
